The Wray Nine is a 9x60 probably intended as a night glass, with its large exit pupils.  It is light weight for its size and easy to hold.  The optics are coated and there are minimal light leakages visible.  The Wray Nine presents a good image across its field of view but I find it narrow and with only fair eye relief.

According to Fred Watson's "Binoculars, Opera Glasses, and Field Glasses", Wray was founded in 1850 and shut down in 1971 following a takeover.
