This is an unusual wide angle 7x35 with individual focus and waterproof construction.  It was probably made for the boating market.  It has rubber eyecups and rubber objective bumpers.  Despite the Mark I name, it has high index prisms (most Swift Mark I models have low index prisms).  Although the specifications are nearly the same as the Swift Vulcan, the views through the Falcon do not seem to be as good.  In direct comparison, the Vulcan actually has a little bit more field of view.  I am not sure if this accounts for all of the image difference.   The Vulcan may also be better corrected.  At any rate, the Falcon is still better than average optically, with excellent construction.
