This very wide angle 7x35 binocular was manufactured for Kmart's FOCAL brand.   It has rubber eyecups, though in my sample they are worn and folded down.  It is fairly good quality, though  aberrations are obvious at the edge of field as is typical for such a wide angle design.  My impression is that the view through this Focal 7x35 is similar to that of the Tasco 110.
